1. About VoltScore

VoltScore is operated by VoltScore Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. VoltScore provides remote visual electrical health assessments for residential properties in the United Kingdom.

By using VoltScore you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What VoltScore is — and is not

VoltScore assessments are remote visual self-assessments based on information and photographs provided by the customer and reviewed by qualified electricians. They are intended to help homeowners and landlords better understand their property's electrical condition.

VoltScore assessments and reports are NOT:

VoltScore is not affiliated with NICEIC, NAPIT, ELECSA or any other industry body.

3. Limitation of liability

VoltScore Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from reliance on any VoltScore assessment, score or report.

All findings, recommendations and scores are advisory only. The customer is solely responsible for arranging any remedial electrical works with a suitably qualified and registered electrician.

VoltScore does not guarantee the accuracy of any assessment. Remote visual assessments have inherent limitations and cannot replace a physical inspection.

4. Payment and refund policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. VoltScore offers the following services:

If a report has not yet been delivered or an advice call has not yet been conducted, please contact us at voltscore@voltscore.co.uk within 24 hours to request a refund. Refunds are at VoltScore's discretion.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

5. Report delivery

VoltScore aims to deliver paid reports within 24 hours of receiving all required information including photos. Delivery times may vary during busy periods. If you have not received your report within 48 hours please contact voltscore@voltscore.co.uk with your reference number.

Reports are delivered to the email address provided at the time of assessment. VoltScore is not responsible for reports lost due to incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

VoltScore recommended electricians are independent tradespeople. VoltScore does not employ, endorse or guarantee the work of any listed electrician.

VoltScore is not responsible for any work carried out by recommended electricians, any disputes between customers and electricians, or the quality of any electrical work undertaken.

Electrician listings are provided as a convenience only. Customers are advised to conduct their own due diligence before instructing any electrician.

Electricians listed on VoltScore pay a subscription fee for visibility within the network. This fee does not guarantee leads or work volumes. VoltScore makes no representations regarding the number or frequency of referrals.

8. Intellectual property

All VoltScore content, branding, scoring systems, report templates and website materials are the intellectual property of VoltScore Ltd. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Reports issued to customers are for their personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold or distributed without VoltScore's written consent.

9. Changes to terms

VoltScore reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of VoltScore services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
